Sara Asberry is a Registered Dietitian with experience in nutrition education, recipe development, food service systems, management and health promotion. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Nutritional Sciences and holds a Master of Science in Food Systems Administration, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Texas Women's University. Sara is currently on staff at the University of Texas at Dallas in the Student Wellness Center where she promotes health and wellness to college students and staff by providing nutritional services, education and programs on campus.
Sara will provide us with education, insight, and tips for both you and your clients in regards to eating healthy on the go, organizing a fridge or pantry to encourage healthy choices, creating sustainable diet changes, and prepping meals productively.
This meeting is CEU eligible.

Park in the main parking lot and enter through the west porte-cochere doors. We will be straight ahead just past the main desk on the right.
No outside food or drink is permitted in the Gleneagles Country Club.
